As per the World Migration report 2018; the intra-regional migration continues to outpace extra-regional migration by 80 percent of all African migration, with an average of 2.8% increase per year. 4 out of 5 them residing in Eastern, Middle, and Western Africa were from the same African region and aged between 15-35 year, The positive insight about that; the African youth are preferring living in countries similar, or closer to their hometown when it comes to language, culture and weather conditions.
So, we should exert more effort toward Intra and Inter-regional migration and searching for better solutions to encourage African youth to stay and invest in their hometown.
The main idea of the proposed design is; while many people are leaving, a portion of young adults are coming back and are eager for better futures in their countries. The design sheds light on the returning portion of young adults while shedding light on their significance, persona and potential positive impact on their respective populations. Adobe illustrator was used the design software of choice.
